President voices support for stronger Việt Nam-India defence ties

The Party and State of Việt Nam will create optimal conditions for the Vietnamese and Indian defence ministries to co-operate closely and effectively, thus deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, said President Trần Đại Quang.
